About
Smart EV Guide gives first responders fast, reliable answers to manufacturer rescue procedures for electric vehicles at the curb, on the highway, or anywhere a scene unfolds.
Search by make, model, or what you need ("Tesla Model 3 high voltage disable", "Chevy Bolt cut zones") and get the exact pages from the official rescue sheet in seconds. No login required to get started.
Three tabs, three jobs
• Offline — 165+ vehicles' rescue sheets across 58 manufacturers, bundled with the app. Works with zero signal.
• Online — ask a question in plain language for vehicles outside the offline set. Powered by the full ERG PDFs. 500+ EVs and growing.
• EV Intel — curated safety updates: new recalls, advisories, and incident reports relevant to EV response.
Built for the field
• Incident Mode — one tap to a high-contrast layout with larger tap targets and source pages first
• Offline-first — bundled rescue sheets load instantly; no waiting on cell service
• Source pages, not summaries — every answer links to the actual manufacturer page
